We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle.

Our policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. Returns are free for orders shipped within Switzerland.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.

How to return

Contact us

Email info@straum.ch with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back within 24h.

Ship it back

We'll send you a prepaid return label (Switzerland). Pack the item securely and drop it at any post office.

Get refunded

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different size? We'll send you the replacement as soon as we receive your return. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund.

  • Exchanges are free — no additional shipping charges
  • You can exchange for any available size or product
  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

Non-returnable items

  • Custom design / personalised orders — these are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

Faulty items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@straum.ch with photos. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
