Most suppliers sell a club a batch of t-shirts and walk away. The club is then stuck ordering sizes blind, fronting the cash, storing stock in someone’s flat and handing out parcels in the changing room. We replaced all of that with a shop and a logistics chain the club never has to operate.
We design and build a page that looks like the club’s own site, hosted on straum.ch. No domain, no hosting, no setup fee.
We design the range with the club, produce it to Swiss quality standards in the club’s colours, and put it online.
Each member buys their own size directly, secure checkout, card / Apple Pay / Google Pay. No collective order to chase.
Every order is packed and sent straight to the member’s address. No stock at the club, no distribution nights.
Sales are tracked continuously, and the club receives a monthly statement of what it is owed.
The club pays us nothing to start and nothing to keep the shop running. We take a fixed margin on each product sold, on each order — the rest goes to the club. We only make money when the club does.
No setup fee, no subscription, no minimum order. Building the shop and designing the range costs the club nothing.
The club never buys inventory. Nothing is produced speculatively, so there is no unsold box to write off at the end of the season.
A fixed STRAUM margin per item, agreed in writing before launch. Whatever the product sells for above that is the club’s revenue.
The exact margin depends on the product and the volume, and is fixed with the club before the shop opens. It never changes without the club’s agreement.
