A club gets its own branded shop, its own products and a complete back office — without spending a franc up front or storing a single box.
Most suppliers sell a club a batch of t-shirts and walk away. The club is then stuck ordering sizes blind, fronting the cash, storing stock in someone's flat and handing out parcels in the changing room. We replaced all of that with a shop and a logistics chain the club never has to operate.
How we work
The club pays us nothing to start and nothing to keep the shop running. We take a fixed margin on each product sold, on each order — the rest goes to the club. We only make money when the club does.
The exact margin depends on the product and the volume, and is fixed with the club before the shop opens. It never changes without the club's agreement.

Three Romandy run clubs sell their official kit through a STRAUM-built shop today. All went live without paying anything up front.
A Geneva running community with a clean, Swiss-minimal identity. Their shop carries an oversized cotton tee, a technical sport tee, a tank, a sweatshirt and a cap — each with its own product page and live stock per size.

We built their official boutique and launched their first exclusive tee as a pre-order — produced once demand was real, with nothing manufactured on spec. Two tees are now in stock, including the Original in cotton or sport fabric.
